I. Suitable control card:
TF-GSM-A22,TF-GSM-B22（server control card）
TF-WIFI-M,TF-WIFI-C（wifi control card）
TF-M5NUR,TF-C5NUR（Lan-port control card）
Notice:server control cards are”Font”control cards.
Wifi and Lan-port control card are “arbitrary partition”control card.
II. Condition:
1）control card need be connected power with 5V.
2）TF-GSM-A22,TF-GSM-B22 TF-GSM-C22 need 2G SIM card,other control cards no need.（Remark:customers need buy SIM card by themselves,control card company will not provide SIM card,and customers should be sure that SIM card can use normally)
3)All control card need connected with antenna,except TF-M5NUR,TF-C5NUR.
4)After order control card,customers need to ask the Web server account and password.
III. Add TF-GSM-A22,TF-GSM-B22 control card(take TF-GSM-A22 for example)
1.connected the control card with the screen,get 5V power on.
2.open the website:http://weba.gsmled.com. As P1（remarks:computer and mobile all can operate）

3.enter this web system according to the account and password privide by the company.
4.There are menu options in the toPleft of the system.as P2
5.use your mobile edit the message(SMS)”*#1GPRSID”send this message(SMS) to the SIM card which on the control card.and wait the control card’s reply ID(SMS)
6.After received ID,in the system menu options click”add device”fill the ID blank,then click”add”（remark:after you bought the control card,find that had add,so that no need add again.)
7.After add successfully,click”all device”you can see the control card you add just now,as P3.

8. In the status bar,display”Online”,you can edit message normally,if display”ofline”,please check hardware.
IV. Add TF-WIFI-M,TF-WIFI-C control card（take TF-WIFI-C for example）
1.When control card power on,Open the computer”network connections”,Set”Local connection”disabled,as P4

2.double click”Wireless Network Connection”select Wireless Network,Find the window in the right,A "TF-WIFI" at the beginning of the wireless network,double click,connected this,as P5

Enter and Select”Remote Mode”set the connection parameters,as P7

4.After saved,computerconnec to the Internet,then open the website

5.In the status bar,display”Online”,you can edit message normally,
if display”ofline”,please check WIFI had connected with router or not.
V. Add TF-M5NUR,TF-C5NUR control card (take TF-M5NUR for example)
1,Hardware connection
a)connect control card to computer ( network cable can be straight or cross)
b)voltage supply : stable +5V
2,Computer setting:
Start’Fi’,For laptop, firstly, stoPthe ‘wireless connect’, then set the IPof ‘local connection’ to be ‘Auto search IP’ or ‘use the following IPaddress’ (Refers to P9)

a)download and install software ‘PowerLed’ at web:

b)start software, click ‘search’

c) Log in Server
Open website:”http://weba.gsmled.com“and log in, at the homepage,click ‘All devices’ at the left list,choose ‘RTF’ at the ‘devices series’ option’, you will find the online devices. At the ‘State’ list, the ‘online’ devices are editable,if there is ‘offline’ device, pls check the hardware connections.(Refers to P12)

VI. Search Devices
For multi-displays, there is a quick way to find out the specified display as long as you remember the displays’ Name/ID. (Refers to P13)

select the control card, click ‘Panel Setup’, type in panel size and click ‘Execute’. (Refers to P14)

VIII. Program manage
1, Font program
a) Click ‘Add program’, input program name, choose device series ‘ FONT’, set parameter, after all settings, if multi-zone is no need, click ‘Sure’.(Refers toP15)

b) ‘Add program’, click ‘sure’, then there is a font type program window, the text type is default to be ‘text’, and you can also set ‘dial clock’ or ‘digit clock’. At the edict area, you can type in text, set the ‘color/speed/actoin’,etc. After this setting, please click ‘Add’, at the preview area you can see the text which is added. (Refers to P16 and P17)

2, Arbitrary partition type
a) Click on “Add program” and fill its name, choose “device series(RTF)” ,setting parameters and if no need partition just click on set up, like P18.

b) For arbitrary partition type, supported “Properties”,as P19,also can be default as don’t set.

c) click on “Add Page”,pop up window as P20.Choose you want display information type, default is common text,also can be “time”,fill in the window.
Note:Only after add text, you can choose information type.

IX. Sending program
Click on left menu:All Devices,choose the right panel you want display this content/text,click on “Send Program”, just click for “Execute”as P21,

X. Set for partition
1. Add new partition for program,you can see P22,fill in the parameters(note:max 4 partition.)Click on Sure.

2. Edit program partition.Clock” Program Manage”→”Edit” →”Set Area”, fill in the parameters,and Clock”Update”. As shown in P23

Note: for "Font type", the pixels for width must be multiple of 32, while height must be multiple of 16 when you choose device series,the partition pixels is no limit
3. Accodring your partition, choose the corresponding partition when you edit the program.
XI. Group management
1. Click “Group management “,In this window there is a "Default ", the name of “Default ” can’t be changed. As shown in P24, click "Add Group", fill in the name you need. Point "Add", the following list will appear in the corresponding group

2, Click " All Devices", then click the equipment serial number which need to be grouped, pop up as shown in P25, choose the category needs to be divided, then click "Sure".

XII. Build Subordinate units

“Login account” is “company account” of Landing interface (for example: Subordinate company account: led001)
“Company name” is the company name which is governed by you (for example: subordinate company: Shenzhen XXX branch)
“Subordinate units” is your own “company name” (for example: Your own company : A company in Shenzhen headquarters)
2. build new operator for Subordinate units
Click “operator management”“add operator”,as shown in P27
“Login account” is “user name” of Landing interface（for example：liu001）
“Subordinate company “is the “company name” which is governed by the operator (for example：Shenzhen XXX branch)
“IsAdmin” is to let the new build operator has Administrative privileges function or not, as follow P28

XVI. Clear the screen
When need to clear the content which is displayed on the screen, you can choose the screen which need to be cleared, then use "Clear Panel" command.
XVII. Notice
Since the communication of LED Control card is via phone GSM function, so the speed of sending program will be effected by local mobile signal and net speed, therefore, when meet that the sending time is too long or failure of sending:
1. check if mobile phone card is well connected with control card slot or not
2 .If the control card antenna is well connected or not
3. If the voltage of LED Control card is 5v stable voltage or not
4.power off the control card for several minutes, then power on and have a try
